How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number and we’ll resend the details.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Please note that customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days within the U.S. International shipping may take longer depending on customs clearance.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible once your order is confirmed. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
I received a damaged item, what should I do?
Please send us photos of the damaged item along with your order number. Let us know if you’d prefer a replacement or refund, and we’ll take care of it quickly.
